Five Layer Sintered Mesh Weaving Method

Plain weave sintering mesh: by stacking a plurality of single-layer stainless steel wire mesh together through sintering, pressure, rolling and other processes, using vacuum sintering to 1100℃ after diffusion solid solution production;
Twill weave sintered mesh: twill weave sintered mesh has higher strength and stability than plain weave sintered mesh, and its filtration performance is also better;
Perforated metal sintering mesh: it is made of multi-layer metal mesh superimposed by sintering, pressure, rolling and other processes, and the mesh is intertwined to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure.
